formally of Lacock passed peacefully away on Monday 5th October 2015, aged 86 years.
She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
Funeral service on Tuesday 20th October 2015 St Cyriac's Church, Lacock at 12.00 noon followed by a short service at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington.
Family flowers only please.
