Mark was always a joy to work with and a good, knowledgeable and cultivated friend to socialise with. His self-effacing manner and his hidden strength belonged to the epitome of the English gentleman ; they also contributed to making him someone that one preferred to have on one's side. i will also miss Mark's eccentric side, such as his delightful office Christmas lights, or his infamous red German jacket. It is hard to believe that he will not be stopping by in Paris for dinner again.

Mark was a highly valued and loved member of the Strategy Analytics family who joined the Company in 1983 and undertook a number of roles as Analyst, Consultant, and later, as Business Development Director providing a significant contribution to the success of N. European sales. He was a mentor to many in the Company, sharing his wisdom and providing support to members of the SA team and was the consummate professional in any business setting, respected by anyone that had the fortune to work with him. But more than that, he was a caring, thoughtful and loyal friend to so many of us and we all take comfort in our own special memories we have of Mark built up over many years. We were fortunate that Mark dedicated his career to SA and we will miss him hugely.
