Of Melksham, passed suddenly away on 26th October 2015, aged 65 years. Funeral service at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington on Monday 16th November at 11.30am. No Flowers please. Donations if desired for The Somerville Foundation, who support those born with a heart condition can be made online here, where you can increase your donation with the benefit of Gift Aid.
