of Corsham, passed peacefully away at the Royal United Hospital on Friday 8th April 2016, aged 67 years.
Wife of Phillip and mother to Jonathan and Nadine.
Funeral service at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington on Monday 25th April at 3.15pm.
