formally of Corsham, passed peacefully away at Avon Court Nursing Home, Chippenham on Saturday, 2nd May 2015, aged 89 years.
Funeral Service will be held at St Bartholomew's Church, Corsham on Tuesday, 12th May at 2.00pm.
