Long Furlong Riding for the Disabled is a member Group of RDA UK and is a financially independent Charity. The group provides therapeutic riding lessons for disabled adults in East and West Sussex at its base near Brighton.
The group is run by a wonderful team of supportive volunteers who achieve amazing results with the help of specially trained RDA horses. Adults of all ages and disabilities can ride for therapy, achievement and fun in a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment.
LFRDA focuses on what each individual rider ‘can do’ to achieve physical and mental wellbeing with the end goal of enriching lives and changing futures.
