Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) is the UK charity that supports those affected by conditions that can cause young sudden cardiac death. CRY provides bereavement support and funds expert cardiac pathology after a sudden death and supports young people diagnosed with life-threatening cardiac conditions through the myheart Network. CRY raises awareness of signs to look out for, including exercise related chest pain, a young sudden (cardiac or unascertained) death in the family, and fainting/passing out. CRY funds research and a national screening programme for any person between the age of 14 and 35. For more information go to www.c-r-y.org.uk  less

Will forever remember your laugh Wheeler. Sudden cardiac death syndrome and dangerous heart arrhythmias needs more understanding and I hope that if one thing comes from your death it's that others will possibly be helped in the future by raising awareness of the disease. Sleep tight mate X
