Dementia Care is a leading dementia care specialist charity based in Newcastle. We provide 24-hour support in people's homes, respite care and day club at our purpose built dementia friendly centre at Brunswick Village. As an alternative to residential care we also have independent homes, where small groups of people live together, supported by our highly experienced and trained staff.
Our services are designed to help people with dementia and their families remain as independent as possible for as long as possible, and to help make their day to day lives easier.
