David & I worked together for many years and I so enjoyed our morning chats, putting the world to right, I still follow Maidenhead RFC results as if I was going to see David on a Monday morning. I have fond memories how we would sit in team meetings and David would be provocative when yet another new initiative was presented (he used to say he had been around the block and seen it all before), cause a stir then be the first to follow through on what ever action had been proposed without a second thought, others would need a gentle encouragement to catch up – usually with David's help and support. David was both hugely liked and respected and will be missed by so many. Rest in peace.
