1962 - 2019
Peacefully on 4th June 2019, surrounded by his loving family, in the care of The Prince of Wales Hospice, Pontefract and of Middlestown, Wakefield, aged 57 years, David, amazing, wonderful and much loved dad of Joel, Brooke and Cameren, much loved son of Malcolm and the late Helen, dearest brother of Ian and Mark and a loving partner of Lorraine.
David will be very much missed by all family and many friends.
Funeral cortege will meet at Huddersfield Town Football Club, Leeds Road, Huddersfield on Saturday 22nd June 2019 at 9.00 a.m., for service at St Mary's Parish Church, Church Lane, Mirfield at 10.00 a.m., followed by private family committal and cremation at Huddersfield Crematorium, returning to Revolucion De Cuba, Cross Church Street, Huddersfield for refreshments and the freedom of Huddersfield for a celebration of David's life.
Dress as you feel appropriate, but with style, colour and respect, however Huddersfield Town shirts are most welcome.
Will friends please accept this intimation.
