Suddenly on Wednesday 15th May 2019 at his home; Tweedale Gardens, Westtown, Dewsbury, aged 75, Herbert, dearly loved husband of the late Eileen, a much loved brother, uncle and great uncle.
"Herbert will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
"A service of celebration for Herbert's life will take place on Monday 3rd June 2019 at Wakefield Crematorium at 3:00 p.m.
Will friends please accept this intimation.
