Oh my word what a legend this very kind, sincere, charming and witty man Jim was. He will be unfortunately missed by all especially his beloved family. We shared many foreign trips, listening to his many anecdotes and jokes. Of course we talked football for ages, but also were able to discuss tales of wives and families. Always be in our thoughts young man.

Jim was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in April 2023. The photo of him on his memory page was taken in May 2024 when he played in a charity football match. It was heartbreaking to watch someone so fit and active die from such a cruel disease in such a short space of time. I know he wouldn't wish this condition on anyone else and I truly hope we can raise money to help others. We miss him so much, Vicky, Finlay & Caitlin ❤️ xxx
