St Luke’s is an independent charity caring for terminally ill adults and their loved ones across Sheffield. Each year, we care for around 1,900 patients most of whom are cared for in their own home by our Specialist Palliative Care Community team.
St Luke’s is dedicated to the wellbeing of the terminally ill in Sheffield and their loved ones. No patient or family is ever the same, and our journey with each individual is unique. Above all, we are about life, and enabling our patients and their loved ones to live theirs and die with dignity and respect.
Of the £10 million it takes to deliver our services this year, we need to raise £7 million of that from donations.

We want to see a Living Landscape - an amazing, green landscape for the wildlife and people of Sheffield and Rotherham which is understood, enjoyed and cared for by local people and organisations. We will achieve this vision by:
Creating a network for nature;
Helping local people to visit, value and be inspired by nature;
Helping local people and organisations to take action for wildlife.
We care for and manage 15 local nature reserves for the benefit of wildlife and people and run an extensive programme of environmental education and training, events and conservation volunteering to enable local people to get closer to nature.
