The Bumblebee Conservation Trust was established because of serious concerns about the 'plight of the bumblebee'. In the last 80 years our bumblebee populations have crashed. Two species have become nationally extinct and several others have declined dramatically.
Bumblebees are vital to our food security and pollinate many of our everyday essentials including strawberries, raspberries, apples and tomatoes.

We have known Stefan for 20 years and we enjoyed spending time with him within the dance community learning lindy hop, jazz tap and tango. We also have fond memories of special times learning Argentinian tango in Buenos Aires. We will miss him.
