I want to say a heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Kings Lodge Phyllis Tuckwell for the extraordinary care you gave my mother, and for the kindness you showed us as a family. In one of the hardest moments of our lives, you created a space of gentleness, dignity, and compassion. I will always admire the work you do - it takes strength, patience, and a kind of humanity that can't be taught. Knowing my mum was comfortable, respected, and surrounded by warmth brought me a peace I didn't know I could feel in those final days.
Mum, I am going to miss you more than words can ever hold. Your love, your voice, your presence - they shaped me. And even though you're no longer here in the way I want you to be, I will carry you with me in everything I do.
