Of Corsham, passed away in Bristol Children's Hospital on the 21st September 2019, aged 6 years.
He will be greatly missed by his family and all his friends.
Funeral Service at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington, on Saturday 5th October at 11.00am.
Please wear blue or bright colours.
Family flowers only please.
