With great sadness we announce the passing of Betty, formerly of Heckmondwike and Mirfield, who died peacefully in hospital on 27th March 2026, aged 89 years.
Betty, dearly loved wife of the late Secker, much loved mum, mother-in-law, loving grandma, great grandma, dear sister and auntie.
Betty will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
A service of celebration of Betty’s life will take place on Wednesday 15th April 2026 at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium at 10.30 a.m., followed by refreshments at The Old Colonial Club, Dunbottle Lane, Mirfield, where all are most welcome.
Family flowers only please.
Donations in lieu, if so desired, for the benefit of Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice, Huddersfield, can be left in the collection box provided at the funeral service, or made online on this memory giving page.
