Of Chippenham, passed away peacefully on the 27th February 2020, aged 66 years.
Dearly missed by her beloved husband Stuart, children Timothy, Daniel and Christopher, daughter in laws Sammie and Ellen, grandchildren and extended family.
Funeral Service at St Paul's Church, Chippenham on Friday 13th March at 1.00pm.
Family flowers only please.
