I am so proud to have had Chris as a friend, if only for a few years. My Daughter, Beth grew up with Hannah and the family so had known Chris for 15 years or more. Chris was so hugeley proud of Hannah and George, we regularly kept each other up to date on our kids exploits. Always looked forward to the next installment. His love and respect for Mel was clear and deep. Will be greatly missed and our families thoughts are with the whole family, colleagues and friends.

Having known Chris most of my life, The news of his passing came as a huge shock. I have spent many a moment laughing with him and have many memories of good times we shared in the chair and in the pub! My deepest sympathy goes out to his family, friends and his team. I was 17 when I met cris and I traveled all over Nottingham to find the right person who could cut my hair the way I liked it, 23 years cris cut my hair and the conversations just flowed easy as he found common ground with everyone, He cut 3 of my sons first hair cut and one of my sons last hair cut with cris as my son dint like the way cris chopped it all off but was much needed 😂 im gutted to hear your loss and so sad im not going to sit in his chair again and Cris not listen to what I'm doing! Big respect to Cris much love my friend I will remember you forever 👊❤️
