Happy memories,Chris - racing down Oakdene Road on our home made trolleys, camping at Pately Bridge and washing in a horse trough, sharing those oval Turkish cigarettes in the cinema when I "escaped" from the training ship at Greenhythe. Working abroad as you did, we were unable to share a lot of our adult lives but we certainly made up for it when we did get together . Remember those bottles of brandy! Thank you, big brother, for the memories, and the laughs we shared together.
Love Julian

Sadly we only got to meet Chris a couple of times, but we could tell he had a very kind and tender nature, with a lovely smile. Our condolences go to all his family and friends and may he rest in peace.

Chris was the most thoughtful and generous man. We shared some memorable holidays together, he liked the wine growing areas best, I liked Penguins, so we had some interesting destinations. He was a real gentleman, he was so kind and caring when he was working for TAP, taking people too and fro for hospital appointments.
I am sending this donation for the charity we both really admired. Rest in peace dear Chris, I miss you. All my love, Anne
