With great sadness we announce the passing of David, of Parker Lane, Mirfield, who died in hospital on 18th July 2026, aged 82 years.
David, dearly loved husband of the late Jean, much loved dad of Richard and Michael, loving granddad of William, dear brother of Mary and John, and a dear uncle.
David will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
A service of celebration of David’s life will take place on Tuesday 18th August 2026 at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium at 11:15 a.m., followed by refreshments at The Old Colonial, Dunbottle Lane, Mirfield, where all are most welcome.
Family flowers only please.
Donations in lieu, if so desired, for the benefit of Yorkshire Cancer Research can be left in the collection box provided at the funeral service, or made online on this memory giving page.
