All of the money we raise goes to help people of all ages with bereavement, mental health, all bullying issues, disabilities and domestic abuse. We pay all of the costs through kind donations to private counsellors who help people when they need it the most.

We fund independent, high quality original alcohol research, develop new talent in research and practice and promote a better understanding of research findings across society. We need to fully understand the issues for individuals, families and communities: why some people are more vulnerable than others, the contributing factors, the effective interventions, the barriers and facilitators and the human implications. We can then work with practitioners and policy makers to cut the human and financial cost of alcohol harm.
