I'll never forget the excitement from Rosie, Molly & Joey when Auntie Emma was coming to Ampthill! Those visits were so special. (It was like the Queen was visiting!) Emma was more than my best friend. She was like a sister to me. She was funny, clever, loving, generous. She adored her neices and nephew and sister Helen. However much she was told how amazing she was she never believed it. But she was. I can't imagine the pain her family are going through. All I know is that I miss Emma everyday and still talk to her about everything. This awful disease took her too quickly and I hope this contribution helps in a small way to finding a cure.

Even if we were miles apart and we met once a year, Emma was one of my best friends.We constantly kept in touch. I loved her because she was so gentle, never complaining, so lively. Every moment I spent with her is in my heart. While no words can ease her beloved sister's loss, I hope that this little gesture of sympathy will be a comfort to her.
