The North West Lung Centre houses a number of regional and supra-regional specialist services – treating patients from across the North West and beyond and leading development in clinical research on a national and international level.
The NIHR Manchester Clinical Research Facility (CRF) comprises four dedicated experimental medicine research units across Greater Manchester; based at Manchester Royal Infirmary (MRI), Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital (RMCH), Wythenshawe Hospital – all part of Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, and The Christie hospital.
Manchester CRF enables cutting-edge research across a diverse range of clinical areas, through world-class facilities; providing a safe, quality assured environment to deliver clinical research studies in both adults and children.
