Our Dearest Hazel, it has been a big shock to us who know you and worked with you at Cancer Clinical Trials Unit. You were a fantastic Senior Research Nurse and Clinical Practice Facilitator. Urology CNS Team at UCLH

We are deeply saddened by the sudden loss of Hazel. She was a highly professional and dedicated nurse, bringing a wealth of experience to her work in urology. Hazel had a wicked sense of humour and a real zest for life. She was diligent, kind, and committed in all she did, and was a much-loved and popular member of the team. Her patients thought the world of her and valued her care and compassion. Hazel will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of working with her. We are proud to make this donation in her memory to support the charity.
