Swaffham & Litcham Home Hospice is a local charity supporting local people affected by cancer or grief.
With compassion at the heart of everything we do, we are here for people when they need us most.
We offer ongoing emotional and practical support throughout every step of a person’s journey, including one-to-one transport to hospital for cancer appointments or treatment, social groups, and cancer and bereavement counselling, all completely free of charge.

when Janet and I both worked at the Barns it was always a bonus if Janet was there on the same day as me - her car always over brimming with flowers, vases and ribbons! She was always smiling, full of fun and we had a lot of chats about the progress of our offspring.She was an inspiration to everyone that she took such pride in her work. I feel lucky to have known her during our 16 years at the Barns.
My thoughts are with Martin and Amelia.
