For the past 12 years, Jarome was a cornerstone of our Fitness community-always showing up with strength, determination, and a quiet kindness that inspired everyone around him. Making many friends and workout buddies along the way. He wasn't just a regular at the gym; he was a true part of our Fitness family. Whether it was a word of encouragement during a tough Kettlebell workout or his infectious smile that lifted your day, Jarome made a lasting impact on all of us. Our thoughts and deepest condolences go out to his loved ones, especially Hayley, Millie and Georgia. We will miss him dearly, but we will carry his spirit with us every time we walk through the Gym doors and will honour him with a memorial workout annually to celebrate a great man!
