Swaffham & Litcham Home Hospice is a local charity supporting local people affected by cancer or grief.
With compassion at the heart of everything we do, we are here for people when they need us most.
We offer ongoing emotional and practical support throughout every step of a person’s journey, including one-to-one transport to hospital for cancer appointments or treatment, social groups, and cancer and bereavement counselling, all completely free of charge.
