The passing away of John breaks a link between three households on Harefield Drive that has existed for the best part of 50 years. Blessed with children of similar ages, the families of numbers 7, 13 and 25 grew up in parallel and we all have so many memories to treasure and enjoy. The restrictions of the pandemic meant that we saw little of each other in recent months but they did show how important it is to have good neighbours and John - like Audrey before - was one of the best.
