With great sadness we announce the passing of John, who died peacefully at home; The Mews, Mirfield, on 23rd June 2026, aged 95 years.
John, dearly loved husband of the late Margaret, much loved dad of Stephen, and dearest father in-law of Eve.
John will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
A service of celebration of John’s life will take place on Tuesday 7th July 2026 at St Mary’s Parish Church, Church Lane, Mirfield, at 11.00 a.m., followed by refreshments at St Mary’s Parish Church Hall where all are most welcome.
Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if so desired, for the benefit of St Mary’s Parish Church, Mirfield, can be left on the collection plate provided at the funeral service, or made online on this memory giving page.
