Ken Hillier
It is with huge sadness that we would like to let all of Dad's (Ken Hillier's) friends and former work colleagues know that he passed away peacefully on March 14th at the RUH in Bath.
From a humble background Ken became a stalwart of Airsprung Beds as Sales Director and played a large part in their huge success in the 80's and 90''s.
To quote some words from former colleagues -' I loved the way he always had an answer to every question and could talk about anything which was very rarely about himself. He could mix and socialise with all age groups and he was funny. I think he could talk himself out of just about anything'
' He loved people, he loved life and he was very proud of his family'
Due to the current situation with the Coronavirus we are only able to have a private grave side burial this Saturday March 21st In Corsham Wiltshire but we will be holding an event to celebrate his life later in the year.
Donations in memory of Ken for Alzheimer's Research UK can be made online here where your generosity can be increased with the benefit of Gift Aid.
Donation Cheques may also be sent care of Aaron Bewley of AJB Funerals, 57a Pickwick Road, Corsham, SN13 9BS.
