Nee Hancock, of Corsham, passed peacefully away at the RUH, Bath surrounded by her family on 4th November 2015, aged 89 years.
Funeral Service to be held at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington on Wednesday 18th November at 2.30pm.
Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in.
