Dorset Mind charity has over 75 years' experience supporting Dorset’s mental health. They connect and change minds, working in partnerships that bring people together to make genuine change within their communities.
Dorset Mind speak out to ensure Dorset is inclusive and the charity delivers transformative support that inspires people to live mentally healthy. Their 1-2-1 and group services for adults and young people includes active monitoring and triage, counselling, mentoring, wellbeing group support, and alternative social prescription solutions that prevent mental health worsening and aid recovery.
Inspiring volunteer opportunities are available throughout the charity.
Although part of the extensive Mind network, the charity remains independent and relies on financial support from individuals and businesses in their community.
