Of Melksham, passed peacefully away on 16th February 2015, aged 65 years.
Funeral service at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington, on Tuesday 3rd March at 12.15pm.
At Pat's request informal attire to be worn. No flowers please, donations if desired for Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund and Dorothy House Hospice Care can be made online here, where you can increase your donation with the benefit of Gift Aid.
