I never imagined I would be saying goodbye to you so young, or so soon. You have done so much for me, including giving me life, and so this donation is one small way of paying that forward. A hug from you always made everything feel better in a way nothing else could - often words were never needed. I will cherish all our walks, our cinema trips, the silly tv show's we would watch together. I will continue to listen to the songs you sent me and sing to them whenever I can. I will learn to play your guitar, and maybe I can play some of those songs when I do. I will keep swimming and going to the gym, I'll have to be brave enough to do it without you now. I'll look back fondly on the times you read The Hobbit and The Spiderwick Chronicles to us as kids, bringing the magic to life with the voices you did. There are too many words to describe how much I love and miss you. But I thank you for making me into the resilient woman I am today. Rest in peace and as you always said, "rock on"!
