I remember a story Dad used to tell about Uncle Peter. Peter (in his younger days) was playing football for his Police team and the ball was heading his way from a long airborne cross. A shout from one of his team 'STEADY PETER' echoed around the park as the ball sailed high above the goal and away into the distance. The team mate who shouted, along with the rest of his team knew that Peter was going to give it his all at the shot at goal. I believe that Peter approached life in the same way he did his football. Giving it his all to help and support the people around him....he will be sadly missed.
