Sheila Barbara Murray

Passed away on 25 October 2025, aged 95 years.

The Salvation Army brought Sheila's father to England from South Africa in 1906, reuniting his parents.  Mum was always grateful and admired their charity work.  We're honouring both her and our family's history by supporting this charity.  Thank you.

Sheila was always happy, kind and full of warmth. She had time for everything and everyone. Filling water bombs in the garden with Sheila and Oliver after school was a treasured part of Lexie's childhood. Sheila is deeply missed.

Nanan was the best Nan I could've ever asked for. She was kind, gentle, generous and funny. She made my entire childhood and early adulthood wonderful and helped shaped my life. I love and miss her so much xxxx

Sheila was a kind, considerate and loving woman. The lasting impression she made on me and my family's lives was life changing. She was friends with everyone she met, she welcomed people into her home and loved her children in a way that should be admired. We are better for having known Sheila Barbara Murray and are proud to say we were friends. I hope your children know how lucky they were to have you as a mother. Rest in Peace Sheila, Love The Melchings

Sheila was our lovely neighbour who welcomed us when we moved in next door. She loved her music and table tennis - at her club and sometimes with us on our drive. We miss her lovely smile and friendly chats.
