World Cancer Research Fund is dedicated to cancer prevention and survival.
Did you know one in two of us will develop cancer during our lives, yet around 40% of cancer cases are preventable.
World Cancer Research Fund carries out worldwide scientific research into the links between diet, weight, physical activity, cancer prevention and survival. Translating the findings into practical, easy-to-use information to help everyone reduce their risk of cancer and fight back after a diagnosis.
We hope that by spreading this good news, along with our cancer prevention recommendations, many thousands of lives will be saved.
But there is so much more we need to do.
We receive no government funding and so our cutting-edge research is only possible through the kindness of people like you.

Our family has many happy memories of Auntie Vera who was always welcoming, even when you knew she was struggling. She was a great cook and her meringues and marrow chutney could not be beaten. So sad to lose someone who is an important part of our family.
